Among her many noteworthy titles and positions, Apostle Hare, an ordained minister is president of Faith at Work Ministries International, a missions and humanitarian organization with international influence for teaching, empowering and helping people to move from sickness or survival to success. She is president of Children of Hope International which helps "at risk" children, youth and young adults in need of academic, social, and spiritual growth. ApostleHare believes that knowledge is power and with a team of gifted educators and leaders has developed the Y.O.U.T.H. Institute of Detroit and Global Missions Leadership Institute (Leadership and Missions school) with specialized programs in leadership development and spiritual formation.

In the spirit of "charity and entrepreneurship," Apostle Hare is the CEO of the Hare Group Companies a conglomerate of for-profit companies with a vision to create wealth and provide solutions for the poor. ARISE AND BUILD (AAB), the humanitarian arm of Faith at Work Ministries Ministries, assists communities in missions-relief help to the poor, orphanages, and medical centers.  AAB also provides conferences for teaching and training people with a compassionate vision to eradicate systemic poverty and create solutions for systemic prosperity. She is founder and international president of the Lydia Circle of Christian Business & Professional Women.  An international women group of executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, ministers and marketplace leaders. The organization’s mission is to empower, equip and educate women and girls around the globe.

Apostle Hare has been honored with several awards both in the USA, Africa and the Caribbean for her many initiatives and programs that provide solutions for youth and the community. She has received keys to many cities around the country and villages alike.  In 2010, she received a Key to the City of David in Israel. She currently works with developing nations and leaders with initiatives for economic and business enterprise.  She has served as a consultant to such churches as Greater Grace Temple Church, pastored by Bishop Charles Ellis; Living Bread Church pastored Kenneth Hogan; Family Victory Fellowship pastored by Pastor Larry Jordan; New Prospect Baptist Church pastored by Dr. Wilma R. Johnson; Greater Grace Temple Church-Taylor pastored by Bishop Gary Harper and High Praise Cathedral pastored by Bishop Clarence Haddon.  Dr. Hare currently serves as a missions strategy consultant to several growing churches and has developed leadership programs around the world.

Above and beyond these impressive accolades, Apostle Hare's vision is simple: To serve God and to serve humanity to make my world a better place. Apostle Hare travels the globe sharing the life-transforming message of hope and power as an international conference speaker. Her message of Hope, Empowerment, Entrepreneurship, and Kingdom Dominion has impacted thousands of lives across the world.  She has also been a General in the areas of disaster relief and humanitarian aid, responding to such crises as the South Pacific Asian Tsunami in 2004, Katrina Hurricane in 2005 and the Haiti Earthquake in 2010.  Apostle Hare continues to address the child trafficking in Ghana, West Africa with her "SAVE A CHILD" program.  A program to empower and educate women as well as rescue children from modern-slavery.

Apostle Hare hosts several weekly internet Radio Programs, "Market Place Mondays LIVE", “Experiencing the Psalms through Prayer”, “A Time to Pray”, "Business by the Book" and "Kingdom Power for Successful Living" Bible Study which airs through the internet and impacting millions throughout the world.
